“Working with Gemma on our house refurb was the best decision I ever made and I was absolutely delighted with the way she transformed our house - both from a design and a project management point of view. Gemma's brief was to help me redesign the house to ensure it was set up for the way we live our busy lives, to get the most out of the space in the house and to breathe a new lease of life into the rather tired decor. She delivered on every level. She spent extremely useful time up front to ensure she fully understood our needs and then followed a very professional and effective spatial and design planning process. This was incredibly important as it meant we were on the same page from beginning to end. She was also able to provide me with amazing visual concepts, CAD plans and renders so I was able to visualise the recommendations she was making, which helped make decisions much easier.
Working with her incredible sense of style and knowledge of design was invaluable, she had the perfect balance of listening to what I wanted but also sensitively nudging me to be brave in my decisions. I love everything that she has designed and sourced for us: from unique bathroom tiles and stunning wooden flooring to coffee tables, sofas, curtains and bespoke joinery (and much more!). Gemma is genuinely a joy to work with. She is approachable and flexible and put her life and soul into our project. She held my hand through every stage of the process and has helped transform our house into a wonderfully stylish yet cosy family home.
